“My daughter’s in America. I went to her graduation, the time was right, and in my 60th year I decided to do the Appalachian Trail. I’m going to write a book — I got a publisher for that. I have a number of different posts around the world so I’ll look into to it when I get to it. Right now I’m blogging about the trail, my life, and a variety of other things. There are two ways that you could look at my book premise — one being based around my life, and I’ll add the Appalachian Trail to it. Or, I’ll write my book with the Appalachian Trail as the spine of it and then branch off about my childhood, my military career, and my professional career. I was going to write the book whether i did the trail or not. 60 years comes with a lot of life experiences, you know.”
